Hello, I am Nicole
I was born in Orange County, California, love rainbow sprinkles and frozen yogurt, change my hair color every 6 months and enjoy any type of adventure.
I lived in Geneva, Switzerland in 2014 shooting landscape photography and was nominated for Wildlife Photographer of the Year with the Natural History Museum in London.
The power of photography is dear to me. I once traveled to Russia to photograph an elderly neighbor’s family and the region where she was born. To this day, those 8 days were the hardest days of my life but traveling home to share images of her family and homeland days before she passed away was priceless. Photography is not just snapping 1,000 images and hoping you get a “good one,” it is capturing a moment in time that will never occur the exact same way.
My Style:
Aside from the standard obligatory photographs, my goal is to capture joy. I want you to look back on your photographs and transport back to that moment. I shoot vibrant, saturated photos that bring out nature’s, as well as your, true beauty. Lastly, but most importantly, I edit out everything that should not be in the photograph, anything that distracts the eye. You are hiring me to make sure your day looks as perfect as you intend it to be.
My Intentions:
I intend to deliver images that you are in love with therefore, I edit every single picture to make sure it is something you love. I take initiative so you don’t have to think about anything other than your loved ones! Anyone can capture a photo, and as long as one person loves it, it is art. I won’t tell you I am better than anyone else, I will only tell you I am better than who I was yesterday, both personally and professionally. Let’s become friends and take pictures.
